well my weeks sorted for dinner,been fishing today,so it's fresh flathead...
been a bit tired today,I shouldn't b as I've been eating pretty good..
do you plan your meals daily?

i dont plan i probably should but i just go by what i feel like and count what i can have for the rest of the day :)

flathead, nice! A weeks worth of fish eh? very nice. I don't plan either but I do make sure I food shop for whatever is suitable for me and is at hand for whenever I desire to eat. I'm learning from this group on new products that I can eat or ideas from meal pics to try for myself. Whenever I'm eating out, I keep myself in check with limited portions and not get tempted with sweets or indulging in unhealthy food or drinks. My hubby jokes about me pulling out my app to add all my meals. Now he is watching his weight. 🤗
