I'm having a very lazy today today. Got my grandson off the bus yesterday at four (he was supposed to get home at 3, but we had a "shelter in place" tornado warning and the kids had to stay huddled in a school bathroom for an hour before they could be dismissed from school. He had a good time here, and I took him home around 10:30. Still, I got to bed three hours later than I usually do. I even took an hour+ nap this afternoon.

Yesterday, I got in 1.7 miles of walking (it is not even 1/2 mile so far for today). Drank all 8 waters yesterday, but have only drunk three today. Stayed to 2-liters of Diet Coke yesterday, but I have no idea how much I've drunk today, because I shared with my grandson, who is a little Diet Coke thief! Got in my 5 fruits and vegetables yesterday, but so far only 2 servings today.

OK, gonna walk out to the mailbox for the house and the church - about 3/10 of a mile. But, I'm not going to push the knees today. They've been hurting EVERY day for almost three weeks now, and it is wearing on me. The 325mg aspirin is taking the edge off, but by no means relieving the pain. Might have an ortho appointment in my future to see if my partial knee replacement needs to be replaced with a full knee. That's the one that's hurting the most. It's only been 5-1/2 years since I got them replaced, so I wouldn't think the total knee replacement would be worn out yet?

oh well.
