Lost my MOJO.....Went 7 days without sugar and spent the next seven weeks binging on it! Well, if nothing else, I'm pretty sure this will have reset my metabolism--no more plateau. Let's see where I go with this.....
85.8 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
