Personally I like eggs on toast with mushrooms and roasted tomatoes . For me I noticed that oats, porridge, cereal or muesli makes me hungry or won’t last as long

222Tash yes the manshake is very filling. I only started having the banana with breakky as added energy for some Hiitfit exercise.😎

I have same problem so I turn it up side down. stir fry vegetables n lean meat like chicken beef or tofu - low carbs, eat as much as your stomach can take and it's warm, also a miso soup with it (supermarket Asian section sells them in instant portions), small amounts brown rice - basically dinner in morning n lighter meal at night

Protein pancakes, just make a protein shake w milk n protein only, then you put it in the pan, dense as a brick but very nice

Stick with a savoury breakfast full of protein and some fat... You're glucose won't spike and you'll be full all day 👍

2 weet-bix with a Scoop of Musashi Vanilla protein powder, skim or almond milk to help combine, 5 strawberries cut up, 1 banana sliced. I usually put some cinnamon on top too.

I learnt that eating cereals in the morning kept me being a sugar burner, instead of using healthy fats as energy. When I ate cereal, the energy levels and glucose levels were unstable by mid morning. I would have to have a eat again. I learnt later that high carbs spikes Insulin levels, meaning the body went into storing body fat. I changed to Fat Burner by cutting out the cereals, carbs from my diet and substituted healthy fats and added eggs, avocardo, butter, olive oils etc. Now I have egg, mushrooms, avocardo, bacon, fish etc. mix and match for breakfast. Eating high carb diet, such as cereals, pasta, high carb breads, biscuits etc. keeps you being a sugar burner and that is a recipe for developing diabetes too. There are lots of recipes on Google showing you all the delicious foods you can eat on low carb diet. Test it out for a week, see how more stable you feel on the inside. One more tip, add Vitamin B1 also as it helps process carbohydrates too.

Happyinoz great idea too! I buy Aldi's 85% Low carb bread now, high in fiber if I want toast at times.
