Can someone please help me? I am a 27-year-old female, 167 cm in height, and around 110 kg. I am exclusively breastfeeding a two-year-old, and I am really confused on how many calories I should be consuming in order to lose weight? This app is saying 2300, which seems a bit excessive to me, other places are saying between 1500-1800 in order to lose weight.

I do like exercise also, maybe about an hour of just dance.

Please help! Thankyou

Sorry for my very late response, but you should lose weight just breastfeeding. Eat normally, exercise if you can and don't snack. I learnt the hard way and 25 years later I am now trying to lose that weight (menopause did not help)! Good luck.
