Reminder to take your progress pics and the scale isnt everything!!! I have been very frustrated the past few days with 10 days of the scale not moving. took a pic this morning and compared to 10 days ago and I can deffinitly see some changes happening!!

Same here as my hydration level has my weight moving daily. Pictures front and back give me the best feedback once the weight is not too far from goal.

Genome and mash the pictures defintly put me in a better spot mentally today you get so use to seeing the scale drop and then you get towards the end of the fat loss portion and things slow down like crazy.

your right oats other ways to measure also. I never took Any measurements.. wish I did I do know I could barely close size 36 pants and now 33 and 34 are way too big almost comfortably into 32s
