I've just only been like 15% at my lowest bf so far I think. Maybe a little lower. I think I need to hit 12% or lower for the abs. That's just the most stubborn spot for me. I just posted one a couple of days ago though.

((Sifts through journals)) Found the bellies on June 14th. We all have difficult spots.☹️ I have no problem with my stomach, but no one will ever catch me hiking up my shorts for a thigh surprise like you can.😮

I am still working on the hanging flab muscle hanging from my under arm --- but you know something "exercise" does work - I dropped an inch from my upper arm from a 13 inch to 12 inch - that is right - and I gots a small bicep muscle and my hanging flab muscle is getting smaller - I started doing "abs" in bed - I got inner muscle core - lol ---- YOU LOOK GREAT MAN - WTG - You are encouragement for the rest of us. You and that slave driver Crystal Jo.
