Deffo on the REAL coffee vs hot piss water. It's pronunciation rules. If there were no D in fridge it would be pronounced Frig. Frig means something else entirely lol

My stove gave up. Not loving the new one as much. Good Luck finding a replacement for your fridge, if yours is really past resuscitation. They are really tough to get in our area still.

NAVYWIFESKI, everything tasted so great at the potluck!! People made such great dishes!!! Did well and stayed within my calories.👍 Yet, I wrecked it as my hubby went fishing and the refrigerator was dying so I had the last of the ice cream, Went way over!!! Today I will try to make up for it. Have a Spectacular Saturday!!!👍🌺 

Shirfleur.,💕 it is a sad loss of an old friend. Loved it!! If my refrigerator was running I’d vote for it, 😁 for it’s been the best!!!! What a chore to replace, but it will be, I hope, for a very long time again. 🙃🌺 

My Becky, everyone was so great of what they contributed, and all the potluck dishes were delicious!!😋 I hope we do this again for all the birthdays from now on. Since Covid we stopped doing potlucks. I have to not gripe about the one who is sooooo stinting, selfish, and cheap, (even though she buys lavish things for herself), for it’s there for all to see!!!😕 Loved your salsa story!! 😊❤️

SLYONE, I am wondering how hard a new refrigerator will be to get. I sorta don’t want to repair it, it’s pretty old. My stove is on its last leg as well, my oven died awhile back, never home to cook anyway! 😊 We probably could use a whole new house!🙃 Happy Saturday!🌺☀️

Sweetness, happy to hear your potluck went well. I have been over my calories the last 2 days, so I will start new on Monday. You're a couple days ahead of me with getting back on track, so lead the way Sweetness and I will be right behind you. 💕 

I get needing a new house. We have been renewing a piece at a time for 10 years. If you find what you want for fridge and stove, you may get a better deal if you get both. I'm kinda opposed to buying appliances at big box stores. They're not the same quality even if they are the same model. Family members have had issues and it's hard to get them to stand behind them in our area. Don't know if it's the same everywhere. Good Hunting!  

Shrewdness, my fridge went out 3 months ago, freezer still working fine. Frozen milk jugs keep it within the safe range. The absolute worse was 2 Thanksgivings ago. I decided to get silly. Bought the biggest bird in the freezer. 38 pounds. It was the size of my torse. HUGE. Got it thawed. Did the prep. Put it in the pan, put the rack on the lowest spot, got it into the oven and realized it didn't preheat. SHIT!!!! After a few minutes contemplation I got hubby to put a super dooper, shave paper edge on all 3 of my butcher knives. Disjointed Birdzilla and put it on the big tray and the second biggest tray on the top shelf, popped it in the oven on broil. It came out just fine. I now keep an brand new element in the kitchen just waiting to avoid that particular emergency situation. We just keep replacing the silly thing and going on. A new oven wouldn't help as the landlady won't have the place rewired and that's the only rel solution. We're saving up for a fridge but that'll take a while.
