@DO N OK- i totally understand that, usually i get very drained after eating refined high sugar carbs!
@StormsGirl yes! Im happy to meet a like-minded soul. Best to start the day, high protein and fat! One day i didnt get hungry until dinnel time one day, it was nice! Have you experienced something similar before??
