breakfast is the most consistent meal for me. i eat carbs with lunch and dinner.

If I eat carbs the weight just might as well put on me directly !!!! Could gain 10# in a weekend!!!

@Brian Revels-Paprika for spice! How come? Are you fasting at the time of your post?? @DO N OK- i totally understand that, usually i get very drained after eating refined high sugar carbs! @StormsGirl yes! Im happy to meet a like-minded soul. Best to start the day, high protein and fat! One day i didnt get hungry until dinnel time one day, it was nice! Have you experienced something similar before??
