Going the Spartan way. Reject all foods, except for main meals. No snacking. I am going to attempt not eating any snacks and only eating my main meals for the next seven days.

* Woke up 7:20am, weighed on grandma's scale at 54.3kg with PJs on (53.7kg)
Went downstairs, skipped for around 23 minutes
* Brushed teeth and washed face
* Steamed a bao and drank milk, did not snack on anything this time!
* Two small cups of coconut cocoa roobibos tea
* Before going to STS, weighed in at 55.7kg with clothes on (54.7kg)
* Came back home at around 12:30pm, had eaten a bit of bread in the car, weighed in at around 55.25 (54.25kg), did homework and delayed lunch a bit
* Instead of having spanakopita, mum made some pizza, I tried a bit of pizza but found it average, so had two parts of the spanakopita.
* Felt good about the control so far. Weighed in at 55.4kg (54.4kg)
* Basketball game - performance wasn't great, not aggressive enough
* Rested for a while, then went out running with dad. A little over 8k, good pace at 5:03min/km, felt pretty half decent too.
* Weighed in at 53.5kg at home!!! Lowest weight since last year I think :)
* Had a good dinner, restrained myself. Drank around 300ml water before eating. We had steamed crab, celery/garlic/carrot, mum's hoisin/soy sauce veggies (green beans, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage) with beef slices, 梅干菜炒肉 and grandpa's cauliflower.
* Flossed, brushed my teeth and mouth washed right after dinner. Clocked in at 55.15kg with clothes on (54.15kg). Hopefully will be below 54kg before bed.
* Not sure how much I ate exactly in terms of grams and calories, tried to put it all in on Fat Secret and it came up to over 700 calories, though the accuracy is debatable. Shows how much you underestimate. Need to make sure to eat less for dinner next time. Who knows, maybe dinner was 1000 calories or more and I didn't know.
* Feeling a bit thirsty. I know I should drink water but ahhh it will impact the scale. Oh well, we can't get dehydrated, especially after a run, and even if it's light on the scale today, that may affect tomorrow's number. Will drink water.
* Went out on a walk with dad, 4km
* At night, weighed in at 53.85kg!
