* Damn ittttt, ate cottage cheese for lunch, then was still hungry so ate some of that chicken ham luncheon roll (SHOULDA MEASURED HOW MANY GRAMS AS WELL AHHHH), more than I should have probably, and some braised beef, and a bit of rice too. Rip, there goes my clean eating streak, but I'm not that pissed cos it was mostly meat and protein, and not something like cereal or bikkies. Hopefully I'll keep eating well.
