for some reason i ate all my food before swimming in period one lmaoooo

for some reason i ate 4 of friendo's medjool dates whoops will resist next time

ran fastest (to my knowledge) 5k as of yet, 5.5km in 26 min, pace of 4:45min/km so

dinner, dad bought KFC, i had a breast piece and a drumstick, removed the skin/batter coating thing, and had some veggies

feeling good, not thirsty yay
