Got in 1.5 miles of inside-the-house lap walking yesterday, even though I had my grandson for six hours. My knees are hurting today. Debating on whether to take a day off from walking. I’ve walked at least a mile 11 out to f the last 13 days (the other two days were “only” 7/10 and 9/10 of a mile - still big accomplishments for me!)

The prescription antiperspirant I was using under my breasts and belly flab severely burned me. I guess the skin was a little broken when I applied the product. Been treating with the “juice” from cutting aloe leaves off my plant. Hope it works.
