63 days ago, I said, “I think I’ll start walking a mile a day.” Haven’t missed a day since, PTL. Fifty-two days ago, I said, “I think I’ll increase to 1-1/2 miles a day,” and I’ve done it every day. Yesterday, I said, “I think I’ll increase to 2 miles a day starting on the first,” but I went ahead and started yesterday. With the Lord’s help, I’ll be able to keep this new goal until it becomes a habit also. I know it’s not much exercise compared to what a lot of you do, but for me, it’s a great accomplishment. It only burns about 250 calories a day, but every little bit helps. Now, I don’t consider myself to be completely sedentary, and I can say, “I exercise every day,”

Awesome achievement, Debbie! Everyone is different and have different exercise goals. I think the habit you’ve formed is amazing and the fact that you’ve even challenged yourself to go further is even better. Icing on the cake is that you didn’t wait until New Years to increase. Go you!

nice job! most of my weight was lost from walking and diet sure I lift and do other intense exercise but walking and diet were the biggest drivers to my success

Lady That is 60 miles a month 😊 Think about places 60 miles from your home It’s quite the accomplishment
