whats your workout of the day? got a great hike in this morning now im doing my push day workout starting out with some overhead presses. my daughter decided she wanted me to turn the gym into an obstacle course for her between sets she keeps teling me she can do that and she wants a mud shirt too every time I have tough mudder footage on the TV in the gym!

Ditto for what everyone else is saying! No workout for me today as we are taking my mom back to Calif. I decided to up my goals on workouts and at least lift what I was lifting before getting sick and include cardio 2 xs a week.I need to get back on track!

Daddy Manatee nice 👍 my workout yesterday was a bust 4 sets of deads 3 sets of shrugs 1 set of hammer curls and I gave up. I feel like complete garbage right now
