Hi Admin I'm wondering the best way to log my freshly squeezed juice I do at home, so I combine oranges,apples, pineapples,lemons,pears and carrots. Should I just log say 1/8 cup of each or is say logging 1 cup of orange juice for example, reason I'm asking is because of the carb/sugar content. I have 1 large glass 250ml in morning. thanks in advance.

Just sharing from my own experience, I normally add all the ingredients individually to arrive at total nutrients in the juice and then log in the part of that whole juice you consume each time. For eg. If my juice has 2 apples, 4 oranges, 25g ginger, 4 carrots and 2 celery sticks and that makes 500 ml juice. I will add all of them in my own recipe in the app. Later if I consume 250 ml, I input 1/2 units in the app. I hope that makes sense.
