first month down, long way to go but the future looks promising. 10kg down in the first month, hoping to keep the trend going but expecting to lose less and less as I get closer to my goal. very happy with my progress at this stage, my usual 50" waisted pants are currently falling off like they had never even fit in the first place. not too stressed about regular weigh-ins since I have a tendency to get disheartened with the short term results, but I'm hoping to update around once a month or so. I still have a long way to go but very happy with my first month back at it. hoping to one day reach my 18yo weight of 120kg at 6'4" but time will tell. little by little for now.

No-one else cares for your results as much as you do and you must care for your results. You have set a goal and started really well... now continue on that journey with all your heart, soul and mind. You can do it.
