Katsolo's Journal, 28 May 23

Rowed yesterday, just too much going on and time got away from me to swim. It's also windy and cloudy, so not my favorite. Shasta is still warm and lethargic. She's eating some, but I'd like her to eat more.

BF was over last night, we were watching TV and all of a sudden this loud "pop" came from his shoulder and his face went white. Of course he's planning on getting on an airplane this morning, so he ended up going to the ER night before a trip back east. Turns out his shoulder was previously partially dislocated and whatever he did, it pushed it back in and the noise was the bone going back into the socket. That's his motorcycle crash side, so lots of things previously messed up. I'm so relieved it's okay.

not fussing over the numbers today. Need to drink more, obviously, but just going to keep moving. do need to eat more veggies. don't know why I'm just over them at the moment. just distracted, maybe.

I have one mixed tape left from a friend who is no longer here. That’s it and I have nowhere to play it. I think everyone had mixed tapes though.
