I’m staying the course and while I’m disappointed in the last couple of days of gain, I’m not discouraged. My eating habits have improved. I have exercised and stuck to or under my calorie limit. I’m assuming my body is just adjusting to new habits. I am hosting a family Xmas in July party today and while I have catered to healthy eating, there will be temptations… I’m planning on having that glass of wine and nibbling on the cheese platter but in moderation. 🤞
