Trail run did not go well ... expectations for killington are dropping 🫤 damn knee just wants to be a PIA

Beautiful view wow! I live by the lake here luckily. Always have a nice place to walk or jog close to home.

Yikes!! Your knee is a huge problem. I had that for years. Orthopedist said no more running at 38. I had degenerative arthritis by then. You look great except for that big butt. ROFLBO. Just kidding. I'm the one guilty of that.

So frustrating and i know the knee isn't the problem it's just where the pain ends up going to and it's not even the same pain as before it's different now !! I'm convinced I have a twisted pelvis I go to the chiropractor regularly.

Cass393 nice we live in the mountains with lakes all around us. I could run here from my house but I usually drive to a different spot to start instead.

I just got a letter today telling me that my chiro/physiotherapy Dr. has moved 95 mile3 away. There were definitely tears. He taught me stretching exercises to correct and strengthen out of alignment issues.. and kinesio taping to support until it was strong enough to do on it's own. There may be some driving in the future. I told hubby yesterday, I needed to make an appointment to work on my right shoulder. Sorry you are at war with your body!

My chiro says my left pelvic turns inward and down so I think that’s why my right knee is always killing me when I run or a lot of steps (compensation on the other side). I’ve just been trying to build up muscle but I think you have that covered already.

moko 13 you hit the nail on the head.... that is exactly what I'm dealing with . Chiro confirmed once again yesterday... doing everything I can to fix it but I'm pretty upset with everything right now
