Progressing positively considering it’s been 12 weeks post total hysterectomy. Tweaked my cardio on treadmill as of yesterday and I’m now lifting 7kg with shoulder press from 3.5kg. I honestly wasn’t prepared for instant menopause, weight gain, muscle loss etc. and so great full to have fatsecret, a wonderful dietician and sports physiologist.
