Spent almost three hours walking around the state park with a leaf blower on my back, cleaning off empty sites. Then I walked back around all the sites picking up trash with a bucket and picker-upper gizmo. That took another two hours. I'm pretty sure I've burned up all the calories I've eaten today. Now I get to get ready and go work 12 hours tonight at the hospital. Gotta love it! I should sleep good when I get home tomorrow......

You're doing a great job! Hope you are not overdoing it. You've got to get plenty of sleep and eat near your RDI to have success over the long haul.

Thanks, DK. I have actually been making an effort to get more sleep after reading about how sleep and the lack thereof can affect weight loss and gain. Every Wednesday, though, it is my first day back to work, so I'm up all day doing whatever and then at work all night at the hospital (12 hour shift). Getting enough sleep on a work day is tough (usually 4-5 hours). Unfortunately, I'm too young to retire and too in debt to quit!
