Protein mug cake ☕️ ・Protein powder 30g ・Powdered oatmeal 40g ・Sweetener (if you need) ・Baking powder 3G ・Psyllium husk powder 2g ・Water 100〜120ml ・Cacao powder 10g (optional) Mix all ingredients and microwave it for about 1 and half to 2 minutes. It should be nice and thick in the middle 😉
