So started back at weights today I’ve changed the routine so it’s not so taxing on my body and it’s interesting to see over the last 2 weeks all I’ve done is walk around 10k a day and my stats are 17.3% body fat ( Body fat 13kg and lean body mass 62kg) so my waist came down 1cm so I lost 0.9kg fat but also lost 0.7kg muscle. My calorie intake was around the 1880 so will try and stay around that for the next 2 weeks and see how things go.
