Anyone able to help with keto foods? I can't seem to find many ides that are friendly to eat with keto.

I have restarted the Keto journey well reducing carbs and sugars. I’m substituting the ingredients in my meals to be more Keto friendly. I can share some of my recipes once I work out how to insert a picture 😩. Where the ingredients are not Keto I substitute with what are (if that makes sense).

Thank you! That sounds good I've dropped my sugar massively by eating mostly vegetables to everything but the carbs are the hardest part lol

I’m going to post 2 recipes that I often make. With the Almond and coconut cake I use monk sugar (151g) instead of real sugar. For the spiced chilli chicken tray bake, I don’t add the sweet chilli to the dish or rice and corn. This is to reduce the carb intake.

I have no breakfast except Coffee with mct oil and cream. Lunch I have a protein shake with mct oil and LSA meal. Dinner is meat or smoked salmon and salad. More coffee but decaf with mct and cream. Snacks are cashews and cheese mostly. On a good day that is all. Hard part is limiting the snacks and staying away from chocolate. Drink 3 litres of water also. Seems on the days I forget to drink the water it's hard to avoid the snacks and my weight does not drop. I take a few vitamins also to make up for the poor diet.

Thank you! Yes I'm finding staying away from sugar difficult as I am addicted to it also the carbs are so hard to get rid of for me

Google Keto foods. there are lots of them. I'm not into new age healthy foods. I found plenty of Keto foods to make meals. Pretty much most of your lean meats, fish and veg. Don't forget to have a small amount of spuds. you also need some carbs. When I did my Keto diet, I still had coffee with milk and sugar. In a small cup. Still lost lots of weight. Have water and electrolyte drinks
