So much has happened. But now that I have a stable environment I can now focus on my health.
My family and I were homeless for 8 months. We were living in hotels/motels that often had no cooking facilities.
But we have a home now. Everything is settled.
my first challenge will be to drop 20 kgs.
I'll be doing a bush track to a look out. Timing it and documenting how many rests, how my body felt along the way.
Then after losing some weight. Doing it again to see fitness progress.
130 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 62 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
