Today's lunch is the last day of the stuffed salmon. Will need to figure out a better way next time, probably just plain old salmon, which is not the end of the world. Cut the portions in half last night and today, but it was a race to consume while they were still good to eat. Back to chicken everything tomorrow. I will get on the scale in two days, enough time to flush the sodium from my system. Drinking water with lemon still, keeps me warm in this outdoor office.
