Was very undisciplined yesterday and I notice my body slowly creeping to an undesirable feeling. Ate lots of bread which I promised myself not to eat for a while. Bread is not bad in general but I have wanted to keep on an okinawan diet for atleast a year. I'll be back to be good again. I did my first wieght training in two weeks and my back still hurts. Today is my rest day but plan to ride a bike for 30k just to get a good sweat out and get the back moving and supple. Back pain is a set back as such but I will own this pain, be grateful for it as it is teaching me to be humble and find away to endure it. RAAAH. Warrior life is constant pain and blessing.
