Oh boy, seems that my tendency towards diverticulitis is trying to rear its ugly head. Lots of fluid, soft foods, low fiber and I'm going to have to ease up on fat/protein for a couple of days. Can't fast either. Darned if you do, darned if you don't kind of thing. The only high point, bread/rice and applesauce get to make a short return. All will be made at home. I'm getting better at managing it, but the timing sucks as I seem to be doing well right now. Will keep logging meals and measuring quantities.
