I totally lost the plot yesterday, I think its stress, plus chocolate Sunday/Monday.
Easter did more damage to my self discipline than Xmas did. I hate the mind game "no dont eat it, bugger it I deserve a treat" then the scales stare you in the face to make you feel worse. Going to ignore all that and be happy with how far I have come and today is a new day.

I am a Christian and I actually pray for strength from God to be consistent. I have done well with exercising regularly, but it is harder to eat consistently well and not graze on food during the day.
