Yesterday, I had a huge pitfall in my diet. Made garlic bread, used wayyyy too much butter, and ate all of it. :/
However, I wore some jeans today I hadn't fit into in a long time, so hadn't tried them on in forever, and now they fit me very well. :)

Annnd my coworker noticed I'd lost weight. It was a dude. :)
