Over my RDI yesterday. Ate a spring roll while shopping at the mall today - now feeling as guilty as hell. The cracks are slowly starting to appear

Don't worry so much about that. If you pick one day a week you can eat more on that day and still lose weight. Remember having one day a week with a higher calorie intake helps to rev up your metabolism. So stop beating yourself up and celabrate how far you have come.

I agree- having one "cheat day" really does help- both with morale and with metabolism. After all, the body likes fat. So give it what it wants- just not all the time. :P

These guys nailed it. For me, having one bad day a week really helped me stick with it. I feel like there isn't anything I can't eat. I just hold it over until my "cheat day". Then, HELLO IHOP!
Besides, looking at your weight history, you're doing great!
