Time to get back into it not weighing in till Friday, bit scared what it will be. I need to get planning and shopping tomorrow. This whole year so far has been all over the place. Too many get togethers, wedding weekend away and family things I just stopped recording and went with the flow.

Just got back from a week in Fiji - 4 cups of coffee in one day looks bad but if you have been there, and a coffee lover, you will understand :D

Great job. 💪 Yes without a plan we fail. Looking good, just dont undercut your calories too much, the body needs fuel and when it realises it is going to be fed, it scoots up your metabolism. Keep going.
