Spent almost five hours out in the SC heat and humidity today picking blackberries. I got a good many for canning and jelly, but being out there for so long in the sun seems to have zapped my energy. Went to neighbors for July 4th cookout for supper but had no energy for a workout. Believe I'll just call it quits early tonight and get some zzz's.
