Well.....I won't try that again! I was feeling pretty good this afternoon when I got up and 23 hours into my fast, I decided to go do my 55 minute workout routine. UGG! I pooped out quick! Tired, fatigued, nauseous. I grabbed a Gatorade, chugged it and managed to finish the workout, but, good golly, it was rough.

Please be careful, and listen to your body! After your fast, you probably had little (if any) glucose available to burn, which (as I understand it) your body turns to for "immediate" energy. All you had to burn was fat, which is much slower to metabolize. Good decision to not try it again! My guess (and it's only a guess) is that anything more intense than (say) walking when you are low on glucose might pose a risk of fainting or worse. I'm glad you recovered OK!
