I'd say yum, but I'm still looking for the blueberries in here.

Yesterday was interesting. I tracked my food here as well as in the log they gave me. Fewer than 1000 calories, more salt than I usually consume. I was hungry most of the day, but not crazy hungry. This morning... drumroll, please. I was UP a pound from yesterday. We're not logging it because I'm probably reacting from all the salt and it's only been 24 hours, but I am laughing. Gallows humor laughing, logically, I know my body will drop in a big chunk if history proves to be right. I guess I should stay off the scale until Friday. I may even post the fantastically bad picture of me they took as my before. I thought only family members were able to capture and post such terrible images.
