I'm having a massive struggle at the moment trying to eat right and do my food diary, along with trying to get back into the gym. I'm struggling to find motivation and the enthusiasm to get going again.

I'm going shopping this weekend and buying a new outfit thats just that bit tight and hanging it up in my bedroom as a reminder of why I need to get back on track. My goal will be to fit into it easily by 1st Sept (my wedding anniversary). Hopefully this might be the motivation that I need.

Got to try something!
