Ordinarily I'd be very annoyed about the lack of change, but I only followed my diet for 5 of the last 7 days, and the other other two I binged (think wine, chocolate and chips). So, looking on the bright side, there's a good chance that without the binge session, I would have lost weight. So I'm getting there!
Plus, I have to keep in mind how difficult the last few kilos are going to be. My goal weight puts me right down the lowest end of the healthy weight range, so it's not surprising that my body is fighting me.

AAAAGH. Apparently I've about hit the limit of my current diet. Very annoying to have to switch it up when I'd gotten so comfortable (and gotten some good results too!).
New plan is record what I eat to ensure I'm sticking to my calorie limit precisely, and gym at least 4 nights per week. Hopefully that will shift these last two stubborn kilos!

Back under 55kg. Feels good to be doing the right thing and seeing results! Fingers crossed I can make it under 54kg within the week. :3 Now off to the gym!

So I came down with the flu last week. That meant literally zero exercise. Plus, being bored and home all day meant I kinda threw diet out the window and ate everything in sight. Regretting it massively now - I was so close, and now there's no way I'll reach my goal by the time university starts.
On the plus side, I now know that what I was doing really was making a difference. Back on the horse. I'll get there.
