Climbed back up to 151.6kg but did half an hour of skipping a day for two weeks at a relatively quick pace and cut back on quantity of meal sizes. Was surprised when I hopped back on the scale. Good start I feel.

I got anxious to see if I made any progress and couldn't sleep so I decided to have a look now rather than Friday instead. I have managed to lose 600/grams approx 1.3/lbs. I had some poor eating choices on Saturday and Tuesday night but I'm glad that I managed to lose something. First step, feeling excited!

I haven't used this in ages, but I never actually knew what my weight was, I just went off of a general estimated guess. I bought a scale last week to finally get going and weighed in at 149.5/kg or approx. 329.5/lbs.
