Yes, I’m human! ☺️ It’s nice to treat one self every now and then- and this was one of my exams in college, it’s called an “Opera Cake”, took a few hours to prepare, I passed and wanted to bring it home for family. I’m not perfect but I’m honest 🙏🏻😀

That’s my breakfast/morning health shake- I posted this morning ingredients used. kept me going for a few hours 👍 started at 8am, break at 1pm! Then ate my banana 🍌 (afternoon snack)

Snacks during the day.One for lunch, other for afternoon time.As I mentioned earlier, whenever I make my “morning/breakfast shakes, it keeps me going for a few hours.I’m also having to taste test my bread products 😕 - only small amounts though 👍

Morning health shake 💪 it’ll give me satiety and good nutrition- Almond milk, my homemade nut butter (almonds, cashews and brown flaxseeds), coffee, cinnamon, and 2 dates- which will help sweeten in a natural way 👍

My afternoon snacks- roasted carrots and garlic bulb with 1 bacon eye. I ate most of the garlic!!- left 2 cloves (it’ll be for tomorrow) 😄
