I do love garlic but honestly don’t consume enough, so I roasted a whole bulb with carrots in the oven, seasoned with a little salt and pepper and Extra virgin olive oil. Snacked on them today (afternoon) 👍 ssoooo warm, delicious and healthy.

Morning tea/snack- skipped breakfast, but as I’m taking an anti inflammatory tablet for my injured knee(4 wks dose) and herbal supplements, I need to eat first. I made the baguette yesterday in college; 2 small slices (27g) with 1tsp nut butter on each 👍

Just wanted to show you my “Jaggery Powder”, it can be bought in hard form- small ball, squares/ blocks etc. I’ve tried SO many sugars in my life, done the research and chosen to stick with jaggery for now, in moderation of course. (Nice taste too) 👍😀

Dinner- my homemade cabbage/veg/chicken soup with 1 slice of “Wholemeal Cape seed” bread from bakers delight 👍 I did sneak in a small banana in the car ride home.
