Maintenance
Stress increased. Whoa! Focusing on "me" time to try to reduce the stress while pulling a 19 hour day working yesterday from 5am through till midnight with a couple of breaks around 6 pm. Walked 30 mins around house today. Sounds weird but it still counts and works. I find walking reduces my stress levels and helps me think clearer and focus better. Comfort eating never helped. I know that now. But occasional ice cream for dinner won't hurt. 😇

Maintenance Shocking day emotionally yesterday. Ate well. Snacked on good snacks until dinner when I got pizza. 🤔 Did a heap of exercise though including a 4 km walk, plus gardening for hours just to de-stress. Gearing up for the stress of starting back at school too. So much stress, but I will try and stay focussed. Better to eat pizza than chips and chocolate which is what I would have had before. Still drank heaps of water too. Can't complain, maintaining well. 😕

Maintenance
Increased my activity over the last week and noticed the weight fluctuating. Thighs,arms and tummy are toning as I gain muscle back. Having healthy snacks between meals as per my lifestyle change. Pulled out my old fitbit HR watch and am using that to monitor my heart rate and steps for the day along with Fat secret to monitor my food intake and record weight. I know as I gain more muscle it will help burn fat so the weight will start dropping again. I will keep monitoring this.
I am using technology to keep me accountable and monitor my progress. I won't let it control me or mess with my head. If it does, then I will take a break from technology, not from my new lifestyle.
