Only had breakfast shake, yesterday, no lunch, but didn't feel hungry. Had a tiny upset stomach, which may have contributed to the excessive weight loss overnight. Not complaining. :-)

I accidentally overdid it yesterday by about 200 calories (the salmon dinner didn't help!), but still lost a tiny 100gm, so very pleased - as long as my weight keeps going down, I don't mind if it's slowly, as it'll likely be easier to maintain. Onwards and upwards ... or, rather, downwards. :-)

Ate much less, yesterday, and reaped the rewards. But definitely not sustainable or healthy so, hopefully, the regular weightloss diet will continue to work.

Grrrrr, bloody meds still making me gain, despite following the diet regime. Would hate to think what I'd weigh if I wasn't on a diet!!!
