Day 2 of shakes
Mentally I’m ok...... just need to keep myself busy with other things .... tend to go for snacks when I’m bored and now that I have a month off work due to my back injury.... this should make things either easier or harder 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔

My challenge for you and me.

Change happens gradually. Your brain has been soaking in the Bikini Industrial Complex for decades; any time you step outside your door, you’re back in it; any time you turn on a TV, you’re back in it; and any time you put clothes on, you’re back in it. Just notice it, as you’d notice a fleck of dust floating through the air. Smile kindly at the mess. And know what’s true: Everyone is the new hotness. You are the new hotness. So is she. So are they. Oh lord how did this happen🤦🏽‍♀️
It’s so hard to keep aware of what your eating while in lockdown. The kids think it’s a extra holiday on top of the school holidays haha. And food ends up being carbs carbs carbs.
