I didnt go to the gym today, I was planing but the force wasnt strong enough :)
So I mowed the lawn instead, at least it was more productive!

Went to gym today and dit HIIT against my inner will, but happy that I did now that's its over :)
Still fasting, I'm finding it easier to do a work out on an fasting stomach, only thing I do is drink black coffee about 30- 40min prior.
seems to be working so far.
It's now in the late evening and after entering my meals, I realise that I'm way short on my fiber intake, need to fix this.

No exercise today, no excuse just a lazy day.

Celebrated mums birthday yesterday and did really well, I did break my fast into two lots 12-2pm and 8-10pm. I did this so I could enjoy lunch with the family.
Im still in a caloric deficit and not feeling hungry, I do cheat a little and have coffee to help me along.
Im going to attempt to stay in deficit until just prior to Christmas.
Keeping the fat fight real ;)

Went to gym this morning with Lu and we did 30min of GRIT. Did this while fasting and feel pretty good. I did have a coffee just prior as a pre workout.
