Keeping my weight without watching what I'm eating. Just awesome! I didn't know that it would be so easy without dieting, by just eating healthy and leaving out the so called "no-foods". I'm really happy 🥰🤩💃

Vegan veggie pan with cashew "cheese" cream and lots of herbs 💃 Fried without fat and altogether pretty low in fat. Good for your liver to help detoxing 🤩

Lucky me, some manageable weight gain after vacation. I expected way more! But I also lost some muscles because of no exercise. That's what I can see, looking at the mirror, and seeing my fluffy arms, legs, face etc. My love handles are back as well..
