Proud of myself for actually weighing in for the second day in a row! It's been a while since I've done this consistently, but I'm working on my motivation levels and trying to exit this motivation dip. Seeing the drop this week has helped spur me on, plus there's always the FS community for extra inspo!

Tonight's Soup: Roast Potato with Carrot, Cauliflower, Leek and Onion. Roasting the potatos adds crunch and texture, I also do this with pumpkin and sweet potato.

Back in the swing now. Porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch and dinner. I want to keep this up all winter, but stop have the occasional bread roll, chocolate etc. Just no more daily high sugar foods! 💚

Ok I'm back! I've been caught up in my hibernation phase. I'm still mostly sticking to soups, but there has been bread, chips and chocolate in my diet as well. I was surprised that my weight wasn't higher considering what I've been eating. During every hiatus from FS I start to fear that I've gone back to my starting weight or higher, but that hasn't happened. Back to logging, back to daily weigh-ins, and back to journal entries here. I have to admit that I've missed all of you, and I'm glad that you're still here! 💚
