Last seven days I ate only junk and I’m not feeling proud about it but it is what it is. From today I’ll try to be again in control with my eating habits. Just don’t know how to start hate all this sugary food I am obsessed with it. Finding balance don’t work with me when it comes to sweets.

Preparing traditional corn bread ( corn flour, salt and hot water only). Will cut it to pieces, put in freezer and use with my salads.
