Ok.. so, after surgery I weigh 116.7kg, Lost since then 7 5kg, could have done better, but it's ok...
A visit to my GP and after blood tests, we found that my iron is only on 15% where it should be at 30%! I am not recovering the way I should, still inflammation in my ribcage front and back. I got anti inflamitary and iron tablets that caused constipation, low energy. Ozempic is unavailable and I skipped the previous dose because I felt so blugh!🤒.
The kids stayed for a 3 day visit and I ate with them " normal " food, lol!😉.
My partner is getting " nervous " and started to sabotage as much of my effort as possible, bought Magnum icecream 3x on very hot days. My resistance is very low when it comes to chocolate and icecream 🙄
I'm back on track and all 3 my kids are joining me to loose weight. I love my kids, they are excellent in every way!💕

I followed a page on fb with ozempic users. Weight loss varies a lot.
When I was in my 20'safter blood tests done they found that my pituitary gland don't send a message to my thyroid, I had severe reactions to medication and decide not to take it ever again.
I think ozempic is helping with this issue.
After surgery and 3 months of recovery I weighed 116.7kg, this morning I weighed in at 110.7, so glad -6kg. I am going to stay on only .25 injections per week, it works for me.
I kept a diary on food that make me feel full and still loose weight. But remember everyone's bodies react different.
Tuna salad and shockingly, baked beans on toast and oats in the morning works the best for me.
I'm eating like normal but count calories.
I have been told off by so many people about the amount of calories I consume, I try to keep it under 600. Some days I'm just not hungry and cream of mushroom soup 2x a day is enough. I lost 700g on days like that!
I still eat steak, ribs, chicken just no start he's, so, no rice or potatoes, but I lost weight with bread, very weird!
