Not bad for the first 9 days, -4.1kg down! Feeling in control and ready to loose all of this access weight. The headaches are gone, my blood sugar must have been too low, fruit fixed the problem 😊.Thank you for the support , love checking up on everyone. Have a great and fun day 💕❤💐

Stopped on the scale after complete recovery after surgery. 116.5kg‼️ Decided to start a for life change diet. I ordered Ozempic, received it on Thursday.On the 14 Sept 2023 at 18:20 I took my first injection. Woke up with a mild slumbering headache witch is still ongoing. Today is a week since I started, 112.9kg‼️ 3.5 down in a week ‼️Lost 1.3 before starting the injection. Its now or never.. 💕

Finally got a date for surgery, so tired of constant pain and bleeding...
Let's see how this motivates me to loose as much before surgery. Going private otherwise I had to wait another year!

One year since I started bleeding, it seems that when we get into our 50's anything can suddenly go wrong!
I'm on a 2 year waiting list for surgery.
I picked up so much weight while feeling drained, energy low... Two weeks ago , on separate days costs or fibroids ruptured and from all the bleeding I spent almost every day in bed...again.. I still do my chores, the house is always clean and I cook every night. But, I made up my mind, regardless of my cramps health, I need to get healthy, at least with my weight. So here we go again, so far so good, and I'm not cooking any more because then I eat what I'm not suppose to ;) My goal is to get 10kg down and see how long it takes. Then I will tackle the next 10!
